Engineer

We are seeking an Engineer to operate and maintain an industry leading data acquisition system, make design phase contributions, and develop customer compliant ordering data. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other equivalent field of study, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in industry.

Requirements

• BS in Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other equivalent field of study
• Minimum 2 years' experience in industry
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
• Basic understandings of pump design, operation and construction
• Ability to read and create drawings/blueprints, to include GD&T
• Drafting and 3D modeling (SolidWorks and AutoCAD)
• Experience with Rotating Machinery or Complex Assemblies
• Experience with noise and vibration control of equipment
• Material Processing Knowledge (Machining and Fabrication)
• Knowledge of Industry Standards (Military, ASTM, SAE, etc.)
• Proficiency with a Solid Modeling Program (SolidWorks Preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-starter, motivated, and action-oriented individual
