Job Description
Cuso International is seeking a Finance Advisor to support Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Tanzania, particularly women and youth-led businesses. The role focuses on mentoring SMEs, providing financial guidance, and contributing to SME growth through technical training. Cuso International partners with local organizations and the government to deliver impactful projects in key regions of Tanzania. This volunteer position is 6 months long with the possibility of extension.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- 3 – 5 years’ work experience in developing financial management systems
- Ability to formulate and implement financial regulations, policies and procedures
- Good experience in establishing and supporting organization development
- Facilitation and training skills; experience in development and delivering workshops
