Cuso International is seeking a Gender Advisor for a 6-month placement in Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Suriname, serving as a Volunteer Placement with the National Conversation Trust Funds (NCTF). The role focuses on strengthening gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation procedures and capacity building of staff, particularly for women’s rights organizations. This is a critical component of a Cuso project aimed at enhancing local government’s ability to adapt climate change mitigation in vulnerable communities.
