Job Description
Custom Agri Systems is seeking an experienced Lead Millwright / Foreman to oversee millwright crews, manage projects, and provide accurate job quotes. The role involves leading crews, ensuring project completion, and providing excellent customer service. The company specializes in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair for farming and grain-handling operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of millwright experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Strong background in agricultural equipment and grain-handling systems preferred.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent mechanical, welding, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to accurately quote and track job costs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
