Job Description
Line Service Manager provides world-class service, manages aviation and aircraft support operations, and directs FBO business operations. Requires 5+ years' experience in airport line and fuel service operations or equivalent combination of experience, training, or education. Must have knowledge of airport ramp operations, federal regulations, and aviation fuel properties.
Requirements
- Provide world-class uncompromising service
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise aviation and aircraft support operations
- Direct FBO business operations, including aircraft servicing and ground handling
- Coordinate line service and ramp use requirements
- Respond to routine operational situations
- Maintain a positive image/attitude
- Have knowledge of operational budgets
- Purchase line service equipment and operating supplies
- Oversee daily and recurring records and reports
- Establish guidelines and procedures for equipment maintenance and use
- Perform qualitative inspections of fuel service equipment and aviation fuel
