The role involves managing overall performance for health delivery systems, budgeting, overseeing billing/reimbursement, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring experience in Home Health, SNF or acute care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Recent healthcare management experience (home health, acute care, SNF)
• Minimum of 2 years of previous healthcare experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and direct personnel
• Excellent leadership, organization and communication/public relations skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and healthcare softwares
• Financial management skills and budgeting experience
