Job Description
CVR is seeking a Moves Coordinator to assist low-income families and individuals in navigating the process for securing affordable housing and improved living conditions. The role involves scheduling and clerical support, as well as providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- An Associate's Degree or 1-2 years of college business
- 3-5 years of client service experience
- Experience working in a high-volume call and production environment
- Experience utilizing client information databases (i.e. Yardi, Salesforce, SharePoint, electronic document management systems etc.)
