As a Benefits Automation Analyst, you will act in the role of project facilitator and work with internal partners across departments to facilitate, define, document business requirements for Plan Automation and deliver key functionality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RxClaim adjudication functionality and plan design
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Knowledge
