CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Enterprise Strategy, Payor to shape strategy for one of the largest healthcare companies in the world. This role requires experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession, with a focus on healthcare payor, Medicare, Medicaid or provider consulting experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession
• 5+ years of experience in storyboarding and logically framing presentations
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare payor, Medicare, Medicaid or provider consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience presenting to Executives, demonstrating ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively
• 2+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to “manage up”, influencing internal and external partners, often more senior in job title
