Requirements
- Analyze and synthesize multiple sources of customer/member feedback.
- Identify trends, recommend and implement actions to improve stakeholder experience and business performance.
- Communicate findings and drive alignment with business partners and Field teams.
- Lead engagement with Government Affairs, Legal and Compliance stakeholders.
- Track progress on action items and ensure follow-through.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations.
