We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data and Analytics strategy, to join our growing Data and Analytics team at CVS Health. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic analytics initiatives that support pharmaceutical client engagement and drive business growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or client solutions in the pharmaceutical data and analytics space.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering impactful analytics projects and solutions.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, including marketing and commercial strategy.
- Experience in using pharma industry data products e.g. IQVIA, Symphony health, to generate insights and recommendations.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts through visuals.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and solution development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, unstructured problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
