Sales Leader CVX Ventures Finland

We are looking for a Sales Leader to join our Finnish sales division in Helsinki. You will be responsible for building and leading our sales team, establishing a robust sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Fluency in Finnish and English
