Job Description
cyber•Fund is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to drive the financial health and strategic planning of the organization. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning, working closely with various departments to align financial goals with business objectives. The FP&A Manager will report to Director of Finance and collaborate with business units to enhance financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Metabase, SAP, Oracle, Sage)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
