Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager plays a pivotal role in driving financial insight and shaping strategic decision-making across the organization. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will lead budgeting and forecasting, develop dynamic financial models, and deliver meaningful analysis that fuels company-wide growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA preferred.
• 6–8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including team leadership.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and modeling best practices.
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities — you can make complex data resonate with any audience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with precision.
