We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator with hands-on experience in federal government contracting to join our team in McLean, VA.
Requirements
- Manage the full life cycle of government contracts, from proposal through closeout
- Support the development, review, and submission of proposals in response to federal RFPs and RFQs
- Administer a variety of contract types, including CPFF, T&M, FFP, and IDIQ
- Oversee subcontract management activities, including the drafting, negotiation, and monitoring of subcontract agreements and flow-down provisions
- Maintain current knowledge of contracting vehicles (e.g., GSA Schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, MATOCs)
- Prepare and maintain accurate contract files, correspondence, and reporting documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract matters between the company, clients, and partners
- Provide advice and support to the Contracts Director and leadership on contractual risks and opportunities
- Support the corporate compensation program by ensuring consistency between contract requirements and internal compensation structures
- Ensure all pricing and compensation strategies comply with applicable labor laws, Service Contract Act (SCA) provisions, and internal policies
- Maintenance of contract management systems/databases
- Oversee all federal compliance reporting requirements including SAM annual reporting, GSA quarterly/annual submissions, eSRS subcontracting reports, and other regulatory reporting (FFATA, EEO, VETS-4212)
