Job Description
We're looking for a Service Support Specialist (m/w/d) who enjoys customer interaction, structured work, and close coordination with operational teams. You'll work across both CYCLE and Ebike4Delivery brands, acting as a key point of contact between customers, service partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in German, English, and Dutch (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Structured, detail-oriented way of working
- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams
