Service Support Specialist (m/w/d) - Remote

We're looking for a Service Support Specialist who enjoys customer interaction, structured work, and close coordination with operational teams. In this remote role, you'll work across both brands, acting as a key point of contact between customers, service partners, and internal teams—helping ensure fast, clear, and reliable service communication every day.

Requirements

• Fluency in German, English, and Dutch (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Structured, detail-oriented way of working
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems (Odoo is a plus)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams
