Job Description
We are seeking a Millwright Maintenance Lead to lead the maintenance team, organize and manage PM's, work orders and maintenance spare parts, troubleshoot equipment, manage contractors and support the trades teams in breakdown recovery and other maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in industrial machinery and knowledge of electrical systems to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain equipment used in crushing, grinding and pumping processes.
Requirements
- 433A Industrial Millwright license
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Technical training in electrical or mechanical systems, or relevant certifications
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with mechanical systems
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical skills
