Sales Development Representative - SDR

We are looking for a driven, curious, and experienced Sales Development professional to lead our growing SDR team. As the Sales Development Team Lead, you’ll play a dual role: managing and coaching our SDRs while actively contributing to pipeline growth through your own prospecting efforts.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role—preferably in tech or cybersecurity
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving results through outbound sales motions
• Experience mentoring or coaching others (formal team leadership a plus)
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage both personal prospecting and team oversight
• Coachable, goal-driven, and hungry to grow into a leadership career
• Passion for technology, cybersecurity, or B2B sales
