Cyderes is looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to lead our growing SDR team and contribute to pipeline growth through prospecting efforts.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role—preferably in tech or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving results through outbound sales motions
- Experience mentoring or coaching others (formal team leadership a plus)
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Highly organized with the ability to manage both personal prospecting and team oversight
- Coachable, goal-driven, and hungry to grow into a leadership career
- Passion for technology, cybersecurity, or B2B sales
