Job Description
We are looking for an ICT Support Officer who is driven by collaboration, problem solving, and continuous improvement. As ICT Support Officer, you ensure the smooth daily operation of our IT and Telecom systems, providing first- and second-line support to our colleagues, troubleshooting hardware and software incidents, and contributing to the stability and performance of our infrastructure.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO level of thinking and working
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a 1st line ICT specialist
- Affinity with working in a commercial, service-oriented ICT environment
- Broad interest and general knowledge of ICT
- Strong knowledge and experience with Windows NT network & Windows 2000 professional workstation and Nortel Meridian / Symposium Telecom technology
