As a customer service hero, you will assist passengers on the phone with their questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and special requests. You will also have the opportunity to develop further through additional training and team collaboration.
Requirements
- At least a level 4 MBO (secondary vocational education) degree
- Experience with working at a call center or in customer service (preferable)
- English and Swedish or Norwegian language proficiency
- Understanding of complex computer systems
- Passion for travel, talent for teamwork, and international mindset
- Flexibility, service orientation, creativity, and sense of humor
