Job Description
We are looking for a customer service representative to assist passengers via our Social Media channels with their questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and special requests. The ideal candidate is full of energy, wanderlust, and customer friendliness, and has excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Requirements
- HAVO or MBO 4 diploma
- Experience working in a call center or customer service
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Understanding of complex computer systems
- Affinity with KLM, teamwork, and international outlook
- Willingness to work irregular shifts and weekends
