We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Optimisation & Experimentation to own the performance and continuous improvement of our digital experience. This role will lead the optimisation roadmap across our website, built on the Optimizely CMS platform, using data-led experimentation, personalisation, and CRO best practices to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Define and own the digital optimisation strategy for our website and digital channels, with a relentless focus on conversion, engagement, and user experience.
- Build and manage an experimentation program using Optimizely test and targeting capabilities, ensuring statistically valid A/B and multivariate testing approaches.
- Champion personalisation strategies powered by Optimizely CMS, setting rules and segments that deliver tailored experiences to different audience cohorts.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Development teams to identify optimisation opportunities across funnels, landing pages, and digital customer journeys.
- Establish an experimentation governance framework, ensuring best-practice methodology, prioritisation, and documentation of learnings.
- Translate testing outcomes and insights into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Stay current with CRO, digital analytics, and Optimizely capability advancements, ensuring the business leverages cutting-edge digital optimisation practices.
