Technical & Product Training Specialist

The Technical & Product Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training to new and existing customers, promoting training packages to generate revenue, and becoming a product expert to create and deliver training across the product range.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal
• Clear pronunciation and good intonation
• Good listening skills (active listening)
• Customer service orientated; patient and resilient
• Flexible and able to adapt to different channels
• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Able to understand, speak and write English, French, German
