Job Description
Cyncly is seeking a Principal Engineer to build innovative solutions for their nationwide network of flooring and kitchen/bathroom retailers. The role involves full-cycle development, collaboration with a remote team, continuous improvement, and mentoring other engineers. They are rapidly expanding and offer a supportive, autonomous work environment focused on employee growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven work experience as a software developer
- Proven work experience in software development
- Experience using technologies and frameworks like C#, Java, Typescript, React, Webpack, SQL, Mongo, AWS, and Azure
- Desire to always learn and grow professionally
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Philosophy of code quality, test coverage, and fast team velocity
