Job Description
Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their Corporate Development team. This role involves financial modeling, due diligence, and coordination of cross-functional projects to support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset and experience in renewable energy and/or gas-fired generation.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree (MBA or other graduate degrees welcome)
- 2+ years of finance experience, preferably with renewable energy &/or gas industry.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Self-motivation and accountability
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Excel-based modeling test required
