We acquire projects by partnering with the Developer in the early-development (pre-NTP) stage. We focus on solar and storage projects, typically between 2 MW and 100 MW. SolRiver’s team combines top-tier developers, financial professionals, and operational experts with over 10 years’ experience each. Our group has developed and managed over $400MM of solar totaling 180MW of capacity from 300 projects.
Job Description
SolRiver Capital is seeking a motivated M&A Associate to facilitate their flow of solar + storage project acquisitions. This role involves evaluating, negotiating, and executing financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in renewable energy project acquisition and financing.
