Support internal and external customers on new and existing application solutions, troubleshoot software, and communicate business processes to various teams.
Requirements
- Primary responsibility is supporting internal and external users with system and process questions in a variety of software products.
- Responsible for learning, communicating and understanding the various business processes utilized by Sales, Construction Management, Operations, Purchasing, Accounting and vendor partners within a new home construction environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot software and develop test cases within the software set to validate and confirm issues reported by end users.
