- Perform accurate research to make informed recommendations regarding employee compensation
- Provide regular reporting to the field on compensation trends and metrics
- Regularly benchmark current job positions to ensure alignment with market
- Manage the Annual Merit Increase process
- Perform minimum wage audits to ensure compliance with state/county/city minimum wage requirements
- Research special compensation programs or incentive systems
- Analyze compensation package trends to ensure industry competitiveness and employee retention
- Review proposals for new or revised job descriptions
- Prepares and maintains a job description for each position in the organization
- Participate in salary surveys and analyze results
- Review and maintain knowledge of company structure
- Remain current on industry trends and regulatory requirements
