Loan Processor

The Australian mortgage brokerage is hiring a Mortgage Broker Assistant with experience supporting loan processing and credit analysis. The role involves managing loan applications, analyzing borrowers, preparing documentation, and maintaining CRM systems. This is a remote position for an Australian client.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end loan processing
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties
• Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility
• Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons
• Use CRM systems like MyCRM, Mercury, or Infynity
• Stay current with lender policies
• Strong understanding of loan processing and credit analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
