Loan Processor

The mortgage brokerage is hiring a highly capable Mortgage Broker Assistant to support loan processing and credit assessment. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen understanding of the Australian mortgage market. It's a remote position with flexible work hours.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end loan processing from application to settlement
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties
• Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility
• Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons
• Stay current with lender policies and industry updates
• Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
