Job Description
DaBella is seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join their new Austin headquarters. This role involves processing invoices, managing payments to vendors, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with month-end/closing tasks. The company emphasizes a collaborative environment and values contributions as part of a growing team.
Requirements
- Process high volume of invoices in Medius & Sage Intacct
- Responsible for timely and accurate payments to all vendors
- Review outstanding bills and rectify issues
- Maintain accurate records of online account information
- Create & process weekly payment batches for vendor's and subcontractor's bank wires
