Job Description
DaBella is seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing accounting team in Austin, Texas. The role involves processing sales and vendor invoices, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely deliverables. This position offers a chance to contribute to the company's transformation within the home improvement industry and develop leadership skills.
Requirements
- Applying payments via Credit Card, Cash, Check, and Funding Notifications
- Managing customer accounts in the ERP System
- Reviewing and ensuring proper documentation of credit card forms
- Establishing relationships with key personnel
- Monitor merchant disputes, payment plans, and customer refunds
- Assist the Accounts Receivable Manager with month-end or closing tasks
- Participate in leadership & teamwork training
