Job Description
DaBella is seeking a Total Rewards and Compensation Manager to lead the strategy and design of compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. This role involves balancing data-driven analysis with people-centered leadership to support the company’s "We Lead, We Care, We Grow" values. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Requirements
- Develop and manage competitive compensation structures.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs.
- Lead and support the payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Benefits and Payroll team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
