Requirements
- Completed education as a merchant (m/f/d) for logistics and freight forwarding services or completed commercial education with relevant work experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry
- Experience in service and good knowledge of tools for complaint handling
- Relevant leadership experience
- Very good knowledge of common MS-Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speech (German at least C2 and English at least B2)
- Well-developed conversation and communication skills
- Negotiation skills, structured and independent working style, and solution-oriented thinking
- Well-developed social skills, high service mentality, and a team-oriented working style
