Job Description
The company is seeking a Team Leader for Customer Service (Salesperson / Customer Support). The role focuses on providing excellent customer service through all communication channels, handling complaints and returns, and proactively improving service quality through ideas and suggestions. The successful candidate will be a team leader, proactively add ideas and suggestions, and work closely with various departments to improve service.
Requirements
- Completed academic or comparable qualification
- Flawless expression of speech in words and writing
- Good PC experience and knowledge of MS Office applications
- High degree of initiative, teamwork, and goal orientation
- Fluent German and English communication skills
