The Executive Assistant is responsible for enabling the effectiveness of executive leadership by managing priorities, coordinating execution, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Requirements
- Own the executive's day-to-day coordination from planning and scheduling through execution and follow-up.
- Manage and optimize complex executive calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the executive office, maintaining structured and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and briefing materials, and ensure accurate documentation of decisions and action items.
- Track follow-ups and commitments, ensuring accountability and timely execution across stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics, ensuring alignment with executive preferences and business needs.
- Support executive-led initiatives, projects, board meetings, and off-sites through planning, coordination, and execution support.
- Monitor incoming requests and priorities, identifying risks, conflicts, or urgent matters and proactively proposing solutions.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, communications, and documents.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and executive files to ensure accessibility and continuity.
