As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers across international markets. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, inquiries, and related support activities throughout the order lifecycle, as well as collaborating closely with Sales, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Warehouse teams to meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service, ideally within an international or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (C1), German or language skills are considered an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail, manage multiple tasks, and proactively solve problems.
- A customer-focused mindset with openness to change and continuous improvement.
