Global Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to lead our global strategy for demand planning, supply planning, and strategic procurement. As a leader, you will accelerate Danfoss' local-to-local sourcing strategy, expand regional supplier bases, and enhance global supply continuity in support of sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 8–10+ years of experience in global materials management, planning, or procurement
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations involving shortages, delivery risks, and supply disruptions
• Proven success supporting production sites in purchasing coordination and production planning
• Strong global leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
