Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at DEVI by Danfoss. The role involves managing daily operations, working closely with external suppliers, and supporting other teams. You will analyze current demands, plan activities, and ensure the supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. The job will be hybrid, with locations in Poland or Bulgaria.

Requirements

• Master Degree in logistics, economics, international relations, sales, or other relevant areas
• Experience in similar roles, gained in international environments, preferably in supply chain and continuous improvement approach in daily operations
• Understanding demand forecasting, optimizing inventory management, with a focus on efficient procurement
• Solid experience with SAP, specifically with MM (Material Management), P2Q (procure to pay) modules
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with ability to create detailed reports, data visualizations for decision-making and stakeholder communication
• Excellent communication skills, data-driven decision-making ability, strong problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
