Production Engineer

You'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly for some of Danfoss' most iconic products. Your work will directly influence the quality, efficiency, and reliability of equipment that serves customers worldwide. You'll take ownership of highly automated production processes, with a special focus on hot stamping of brass, and drive improvements that boost performance, reduce costs, and ensure we meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Technical background with an interest in toolmaking, such as toolmaker, production engineer, production technologist, marine engineer, mechanical technician, or similar.
• Ability to move seamlessly between designing and developing technical solutions and hands-on problem-solving directly on the production line.
• Familiarity with automated production technologies – e.g., CNC machining, hot stamping/forging, hydraulic presses, induction heating, robotics, PLC controls, vision systems, and 3D CAD/CAM tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
• Fluency in Danish and English (spoken and written) and the ability to work independently while contributing to both short-term and long-term projects.
