Customer Service Advocate

We are looking for a Customer Service Advocate to join our team at Daniels Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, manage administrative tasks, and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of administrative experience
• Administrative experience within a manufacturing/operational environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Good with computer systems (Microsoft office suite, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a team environment
