Job Description
Daniels Health is seeking a passionate HR Business Partner to support employees at Fresno, Hayward, and surrounding California facilities. This role involves guiding employees on Labor Relations, ensuring compliance with California laws, mentoring teams, and contributing to workforce planning. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR professional with experience resolving employee relations issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and wage and hour compliance
- Experience partnering with operations and field service leadership
- Ability to analyze turnover and attendance data and develop retention strategies.
