Job Description
DARCO is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead their finance organization and ensure company-wide performance. This is a hands-on executive role reporting to the President/CEO, blending strategy with execution. The role involves financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, with a focus on improving financial processes and data.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Background in multi-entity, international consolidation
- Strong command of GAAP, cost accounting, and FP&A
- CPA (with MBA preferred)
