Job Description
As a Recruiting Assistant, you'll learn the entire placement process and gain insight into recruitment tasks. You'll expand and maintain the CRM system, prepare resumes, post job advertisements, source candidates through networks like LinkedIn and Xing, create candidate profiles, and organize interviews. The role offers opportunities for further development and advancement within the company.
