AI Customer Support Jr/Ssr

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the AI Special Forces team, focused on providing fast, effective, and high-quality support to clients, particularly with AI agents. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through WhatsApp, email, and Slack. A key focus is maintaining strong client relationships and preventing AI-related issues.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Helpdesk roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with AI behavior, JSON structures, and state machines.
• Experience with AI configuration, WhatsApp, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of process automation (Zapier preferred).
