Requirements
- 3+ years in performance marketing, digital analytics, or marketing automation
- Background in Industrial Engineering or similar quantitative/technical fields
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics
- Fluent with Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms, and tools like Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau
- Solid engineering + analytics skills
- Able to automate analysis, uncover insights, and turn them into results
- Hands-on with A/B testing frameworks, retargeting, dynamic segmentation, automation flows
- Open to travel between São Paulo and Buenos Aires
