Job Description
Darwin AI is seeking a data-driven Paid Media Marketing Specialist to scale campaigns, automate decision-making, and drive high-quality leads. The role involves owning a significant portion of the company’s marketing budget and driving ROI across multiple platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be analytical, technical, and creative.
Requirements
- 3+ years in performance marketing, digital analytics, or marketing automation
- Background in Industrial Engineering or similar quantitative/technical fields
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics: CAC, Payback Period, MRPA/ARPA/ACV
- Fluent with Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms, and tools like Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau
- Solid engineering + analytics skills
- Able to automate analysis, uncover insights, and turn them into results
- Hands-on with A/B testing frameworks, retargeting, dynamic segmentation, automation flows
- Open to travel between São Paulo and Buenos Aires (up to 2 weeks/month)
