Job Description
As a Business Value Consultant at Databricks, you'll partner with sales and customer teams to quantify impact, shape strategy, and guide executives on how data and AI can unlock value at scale. You'll join a diverse, collaborative group of experts helping organizations rethink how they use data to compete and grow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
- 9+ years in enterprise software sales, consulting, or business transformation, including 5+ years in Business Value Consulting or similar strategic roles
- Proven ability to apply data-driven analysis to business challenges and quantify results
- Deep understanding of how data, analytics, ML, and AI accelerate business outcomes
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and executive-level communication skills
- Expertise in building financial models, ROI frameworks, and value realization plans
- High business acumen with a consultative, problem-solving approach
- Collaborative mindset and track record of expanding customer relationships and influencing outcomes
